There was no staff on site, both upon arrival and pick-up. There were no cameras, and according to the parking description, the facility should be monitored. It was a nice, but I felt like it was just a regular parking lot, and I could have just parked there without making a reservation, or parked in front of the parking lot, and it would have been the same.

Wir hatten zum ersten Mal diesen Parkplatz gebucht. Es hat alles super funktioniert. Es war perfekt beschrieben und wir hatten niemals Angst um unser Auto. Ich würde diesen Parkplatz jedes Mal wieder, wenn benötigt, buchen.
The parking lot has cameras, you just enter and leave your car there. There wasnno interaction with people. The same when we were leaving. Everything went smoothly.
